More privacy for lead scoring and punchout access
Lead scoring now shows names only for your own customers, and punchout passwords are stored encrypted and shown only once.
The problem
Lead scoring showed the name and email of every signed-in visitor who had looked at your products – even without any customer relationship. And the passwords of punchout access were readable in the access list.
The solution
You now see name and email for customers who ordered from you or sent you an inquiry, received an invoice or quote from you, or are in an approved business relationship with you. Everyone else appears as a “prospect” with their score. The panel shows punchout passwords once when they are created or via “Generate new password”; existing access keeps working.
In brief
Why don't I see all names in lead scoring any more?
